Meal choices:  Breakfast will be served thru the line at the college when schools arrive and check in at McGovern Hall between 8:30 and 9am.  After the closing session is done at 12:30, students will return to the Dining Hall for lunch before leaving campus.  Cost $14 pp.

Optional:  if a school is concerned about getting back home for the afternoon busses, a box lunch is available for an additional charge of $3 per person or $17.  If you wish to skip lunch, the cost of the conference is $10 per person.  Just list your choice on your registration form.

Our guest speaker, sponsored by the Soroptimist club of Greater Waterbury will be Ray Bechard, Director of The Coalition Against Human Trafficking. His important presentation will focus on awareness and prevention. Mr. Bechard has presented this message to the D.A.R.E., in order to protect young people and provide students who are dedicated to addressing the issue of human trafficking with hands-on projects.

Additional workshops include campus tours, workshops about various majors at St. Joseph College including Early Childhood, Family Studies and Nutrition, and FCCLA focused workshops including an Adviser workshop, new STAR Events, Officer training, membership ideas, and the new national Community Service project. The complete listing of workshops can be found here.  For more information, contact us at ctfccla@sbcglobal.net
